Pousti Plastic Surgery Center
San Diego, California
Task:
Create a beautifully designed web site to inform public
about plastic surgery procedures, and attract and attain
potential patients.
Solution:
Tremendous care went into the design of the web site.
There are several hundred pages of “before &
after” photos of many different procedures which
are accessible within two (2) clicks, from Anywhere
on the site. A simple design is incorporated in order
not to distract from the photos. The width of the web
site, as well as the length of the pages are optimized
to work with the standard (the most popular) screen sizes.
Overall design has a subtle professionalism. Additional
Gateway web sites are also designed to complement the
marketing of main site.
Results:
The web site contains over 400 web pages, and attracts
over 500 unique visitors, viewing over 4,000 different
pages every day. The client is extremely happy with the
results, and is concentrating all their marketing resources
on the web site.

a Multi-User Database on Microsoft Access2000 to automate
the Claims Management System to track, maintain, calculate
and manage Dental Eligibility Claims.
Automate time consuming and repetitious tasks of collecting
data, billing and sending statements / claims.
Scan Claim Forms, Claim Payments and manage scanned
data.
Print checks in Batch mode.
Track All automated as well as manual Eligibility
calls.
Solution:
Existing historical
data was imported into the new database.
Developed routines to import the Insurance Company's
Eligibility Data, on monthly basis.
Databases were created for Doctors, Eligible Patients,
Current Patients, Historical Claims, and all their relationships
were established and the data was normalized.
Comprehensive User Interfaces was created for viewing
all Eligibility Data, as well as all the Claims and
their associated Doctors and Patients.
Multiple workstations were setup for scanning claims
and viewing them electronically.
Dynamic reporting of Revenue, Activities, processes
Results:
There are over 30 different input screens, 25 different
reports, processing a database of close to 200,000 eligible
patients. The system is handling and reporting on thousands
of cases every month.
