Based on our extensive experience with Homeowners' Associations (as a resident as well as a service provider), we realize one of the biggest obstacles in establishing a community website is the initial setup cost, as well as monthly payments.

To overcome these challenges...
  • We have discounted our Setup Fees of $1,450, to a one-time fee of $200, when you signup with a 12-month contract.
  • In addition, we have incorporated a discreet advertising space on the website. On the home page there is ONE “Featured Sponsor” on the upper right corner, without any other advertisement on the page. The “Featured Sponsor” also appears on lower left corner of ALL other pages. The “Featured Sponsor” advertisement could easily pay for the monthly fees, if not more!
